1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting bimalautomaruti.com or using its enquiry forms, calculators (EMI, variant advisor, fuel savings), WhatsApp/call links or blog comments (together, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of Bimal Auto Agency ("Bimal Auto", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information accuracy
Vehicle prices, EMI estimates, specifications, offers and availability shown on the Site are indicative and provided for general guidance only. They may change without notice and can vary by variant, city, taxes, insurance and dealer offers in effect at the time of purchase. Please confirm final on-road pricing and specifications with your nearest Bimal Auto outlet before making a purchase decision.
3. Calculators and tools
The EMI calculator, variant advisor, fuel-savings calculator and similar tools on the Site produce estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard assumptions. They are not a loan offer, quote or financial advice, and actual loan terms are determined solely by the financing institution you choose.
4. Enquiries and communication
When you submit a form or message us via WhatsApp/call, you consent to being contacted by our team about your enquiry, including by Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp, even if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb (DND) list, where you've indicated that consent on the relevant form.
5. User conduct
When posting blog comments or using any interactive feature on the Site, you agree not to post unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading content, or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Bimal Auto Agency, except for Maruti Suzuki trademarks, vehicle imagery and brand assets, which belong to Maruti Suzuki India Limited and are used under authorisation as an authorised dealer.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bimal Auto Agency is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on indicative pricing, calculator estimates, or temporary unavailability of the Site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
